Great building... Very clean and well maintained society

Very good amenities with lot of open space. Society is well maintained - Gym, club house, children's play area are well maintained. Now grocery shop and hair salon is opened inside society. Flat size is good and have options for 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK. Construction quality is okay.
A good Society of overall 26 Acres, more than 800 flats in Phase-1 of 16 Acres, with more than 2000 people staying in the society. It has a Ganpati Temple with all the amenities like Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Library, Saloon, Community hall, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Badminton, Basketball, Carrom, indoor games, Amphitheater and many more.

Best CHS I've been to , has a lot of amenities you could ask for , they have a biking track , squash court , a swimming pool , dance class , badminton court , volleyball court and a lot the list goes on , security is on point also the society is well maintained!!!
Worst Rooms conditions , walls are full of selaan and water leaking issue , i was sicked from dengue here , be careful if you taking any flats here as a tenant.
"Absolutely terrific", I said when I was entering here for the first time. These beautiful apartments are located 20 odd kms from central Pune. There are several buildings named as A1, A2, A3...A6 and B1, B2, B3... and so on. At the centre of these buildings is this beautiful swimming pool and gym. Only residents and full members are allowed to use it (not tenants). There is small playground for children with basic toys and other amenities. People also can go for a walk around the various buildings. When one enters the building, one can see that the floors and walls right from ground floor to the top are covered in glossy yellow marble - feels like covered with gold (not talking about individual flats). These are 15-16 storey buildings with each storey having four flats each. All the flats are 3BHK- highly luxurious and spacious. Galleries give beautiful views, especially after 7-8th floor. Three bathrooms in each flat - all are spacious. Grand elevators with max capacity of 15 people are installed. This is not home, place, residence; this is heaven. After visiting this place, I have decided to buy a flat and become a resident of Pune.
